1.ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter, you must be: (i) a resident of Quebec or Ontario; and (ii) of legal age in your province of residence. You are not eligible to enter the contest or to win any prize at all if you are: (a) an employee of Olymel S.E.C. or Club Piscine (the “Promoters”), or of one of their affiliated corporations or advertising or promotional agencies, an employee of the contest supervisory body, of any participating store, or of one of the prize suppliers; or (b) a member of the immediate family (mother, father, brother, sister, child or spouse, regardless of place of residence), or a person (related or not) living under the same roof, as one of the aforementioned persons.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The promotion begins on June 3, 2026, and ends upon the first of the following events to occur: until the earlier of the following: (i) while supplies last or (ii) the end of the promotion, initially scheduled for June 30, 2026 and extended until August 15, 2026. Participating stores will distribute, while supplies last, participation coupons bearing a unique code to consumers who purchase a BBQ product. Each unique code may be used only once and provides access to the lucky wheel. To participate, you must complete the entry form at
clubpiscine.gameolymel.com (the “Contest Website”) and spin the wheel. All data entry fields on the entry form must be completed unless the information is indicated to be optional. Limit: one (1) entry per participation code.
The released parties (defined below) shall not be held liable for entry forms that are incomplete or erroneous, all of which shall be considered null and void, nor for any computer bug, technical failure, or other issues related to systems or networks. It shall be understood, to eliminate any doubt, that you may only use one email address and/or phone number to participate in the contest. If the Promoters (at their exclusive and absolute discretion, based on the evidence available to them) discover that a person has attempted (i) to obtain more than the maximum number of entries indicated in these Official Contest Rules or (ii) to use (or attempt to use) several names or identities or more than one (1) email address or phone number to participate in the contest on the same day, that person may be disqualified from the contest (at the Promoters’ exclusive and absolute discretion) and all of their entries shall be cancelled. Your entry shall be rejected (at the Promoters’ exclusive and absolute discretion) if the entry form is not properly completed (including all required information), submitted, and received before the applicable deadline. The use of (or an attempt to use) several names, identities, email addresses, or automated or robotic systems, programs, macros, scripts, or any other means to register for or participate in the contest, or to otherwise disrupt it, is prohibited and may result in disqualification by the Promoters. All entries may be subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Promoters reserve the right, at their exclusive and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity or eligibility (in a format deemed acceptable by the Promoters, including, without limitation, a government-issued photo ID) to participate in the contest. Failure to provide proof deemed satisfactory by the Promoters in a timely manner may result in disqualification.
3. PRIZES: There are five hundred (500) prizes available to be won from June 1, 2026, to August 15, 2026, or while supplies last, distributed as follows: (i) two hundred eighty-five (285) prizes, each consisting of one (1) coupon redeemable for one free Olymel product with a maximum value of twenty dollars (CAD $20); (ii) one hundred fifty-five (155) prizes, each consisting of two (2) coupons redeemable for free Olymel products with a combined maximum value of forty dollars (CAD $40); (iii) fifty-nine (59) prizes, each consisting of five (5) coupons redeemable for free Olymel products with a combined maximum value of one hundred dollars (CAD $100); and (iv) one (1) grand prize consisting of seventy-five (75) coupons redeemable for free Olymel products with a combined maximum value of one thousand five hundred dollars (CAD $1,500). Winners shall be determined instantly when the contest wheel is activated. Every entry is a winning entry. Prizes shall be awarded randomly according to winning odds determined based on the number of prizes remaining to be awarded at the time the wheel is activated. The individuals declared as winners shall receive instructions by email and/or text message, depending on the communication option selected when completing the entry form, explaining how to claim their prize. All prizes must be claimed within seven (7) days of receiving these instructions.
All prizes shall be awarded exclusively in the form of coupons redeemable at participating retailers. Each coupon may be applied toward the purchase of an Olymel product up to a maximum value of twenty dollars (CAD $20). If the value of the selected product is less than twenty dollars (CAD $20), no compensation or reimbursement of the difference shall be provided. No prize shall be awarded in cash. Coupons are redeemable for Olymel products in accordance with the terms set out in these official contest rules. Coupons expire on September 30, 2026. Any coupon not redeemed before that date shall not be replaced.
If a winner fails to claim their prize within the prescribed period, the prize shall be forfeited and automatically returned to the prize pool. The Promoters shall not be held responsible and shall have no obligation toward such participant.
Entries are valid for all prizes available to be won, and no distribution shall be made with respect to the interests and/or preferences of the winners. Winners may not exchange, replace, or substitute a prize for another. Winners may not choose among the various prizes available in the Contest. Prizes shall be distributed exclusively at random through the wheel system. A winner who is not satisfied with their prize may decline the prize.
Prizes are neither transferable nor assignable and must be accepted as awarded, without cash substitution or otherwise, except at the sole discretion of the Promoters. The Promoters reserve the right, at their exclusive discretion, to substitute a prize or any component thereof with a prize of equivalent value if the prize or any component thereof cannot be awarded as described for any reason whatsoever. The released parties (defined below) shall not be liable if factors beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters prevent a prize from being awarded, in whole or in part, or prevent the enjoyment thereof. In such circumstances, no winner shall be entitled to a replacement prize or cash equivalent. No prize shall be awarded until the winner’s name and age have been confirmed. Any returned prize or undeliverable prize notification may result in disqualification of the winner and the selection of another eligible winner in accordance with the procedures described in these official contest rules. Limit: One (1) prize per participation code.
4. PRIZE CLAIM: The winners shall be determined instantly when the contest wheel is activated. Only participants who have won a prize shall receive, by email and/or text message, depending on the communication method selected during registration, a notice confirming their prize together with a one-time-use code and the instructions necessary to claim their prize. To claim a prize, winners must send an email to the following address:
luckywheel@gameolymel.com, including the claim code. If a prize is not claimed within seven (7) days of being awarded, the claim code shall automatically expire and the prize shall be deemed forfeited by the participant. A validation process shall be conducted to confirm the identity of the winner associated with the claim code. Only the individual who won the prize may claim it.
To be declared the winner of any prize, the selected participant may be required to correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question that may be presented on the release form, by text message, or by email. If a selected participant: (i) cannot be contacted within seven (7) days following notification; (ii) does not answer, or incorrectly answers, the mathematical skill-testing question; (iii) does not sign or return the declaration and waiver of liability forms to the Promoters within the time specified on such forms (if applicable); and/or (iv) is unable to accept the prize for any reason whatsoever; then such participant shall lose the prize.
The odds of winning are determined at the outset of the contest based on the total number of prizes available and the duration of the contest. They follow a predetermined distribution curve designed to ensure an even distribution of prizes until the Contest closing date. This distribution curve may be used to adjust the odds of winning, where necessary, to ensure that all prizes are awarded while maintaining the odds initially established.
It is the sole responsibility of participants to check their junk (SPAM) folders. The contest organizers shall not be held responsible if a participant misses an important communication due to failure to check their inbox’s SPAM folder. It is therefore the responsibility of each participant to ensure that Contest-related communications are not filtered into their SPAM folder.
Under no circumstances shall the Promoters be held liable to compensate, replace, or reissue a prize to a participant who missed a communication and/or failed to respond by the applicable deadline. A finalist shall not be considered a winner until all requirements established by the Promoters have been satisfied. Should the Promoters elect to provide compensation, such compensation shall be granted at their sole discretion. Any compensation prize, if awarded, shall be determined entirely by the Promoters and need not be identical to, or of equal value to, the prize that would otherwise have been awarded.
5. WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND OTHER DISCLAIMERS: Before being declared the winner of a prize, a selected participant may be required to sign a declaration and waiver of liability which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Official Contest Rules; (ii) confirms acceptance of the prize as awarded; (iii) releases the Promoters, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, any Contest supervisory body, provincial liquor control boards, beer distribution companies, the members of their respective groups, and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability relating to the Contest, the winner’s participation in the prize, the awarding of the prize, the use or misuse of the prize, or any part thereof; and (iv) consents to the publication, reproduction and use of their name, address, voice, statements regarding the Contest, and photographs or other likenesses of their person for advertising purposes conducted by or on behalf of the Promoters in any media format whatsoever, including, without limitation, print media and the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. The released parties have not made and shall not be responsible for: (i) any representation or warranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, any legal warranty, warranty of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or proper operation; and (ii) any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from acceptance of a prize, the use or misuse of a prize, any travel related thereto (if applicable), or participation in the Contest in any manner whatsoever. The declaration and waiver documents must be returned within the time periods specified therein, failing which the prize in question shall be forfeited.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In the event of a technical failure, programming error, or any other issue resulting in the distribution of a greater number of prizes than intended, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel any excess prize awards. In such circumstances, the Promoters may, at their sole discretion, determine whether affected participants will receive compensation. The Promoters shall bear no liability in this regard. Without limiting the scope of the limitations of liability set out in these Official Contest Rules or in any declaration and waiver of liability, it is understood that the Released Parties shall not be responsible for: (i) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by users of the Contest Website or by any programming or equipment associated with or used in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur during the entry process or the processing of entries; (ii) the destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of the Contest Website; (iii) technical difficulties or failures involving telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (iv) any failure of any email to be received or sent by the Promoters, or of any entry to be received, recorded or processed for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, Internet traffic congestion, congestion on any website, or any combination thereof; (v) damage to a participant’s or any other person’s system resulting from participation in the Contest or from downloading Contest-related material; (vi) any typographical or other error in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, without limitation, errors in advertising, these Official Contest Rules, the selection or announcement of eligible winners, or the distribution of any prize; and (vii) any combination of these elements.
7. PERSONAL INFORMATION: By participating in this contest, participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the administration of the Contest, in accordance with the Promoters’ privacy policy. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their name, address (city and province), verbal statements, photographs and other representations for advertising purposes relating to the Contest in any media or format whatsoever, including, without limitation, the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information shall not otherwise be used or disclosed without prior consent.
8. RIGHT TO SUSPEND, MODIFY OR END THE CONTEST: The promoters reserve the right to end, modify or suspend the contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if any factor hinders the conduct of the contest under these official contest rules.
9. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS: All decisions by the promoters or any contest supervisory body shall be final and without appeal with respect to all aspects of this contest, and all participants shall agree to comply with these official rules. The released parties shall not be liable for ballots that are incomplete, erroneous, or affected by technical problems, errors or delays, which ballots shall be considered null and void. The use of automatic systems is prohibited. All ballots shall become the property of the promoters; no acknowledgement of receipt shall be sent and no returns shall be made. No communication shall be established, except with the selected participants (or any other participant when deemed necessary by the promoters). The contest shall be subject to all applicable federal and provincial legislation and all municipal regulations. In case of dispute as to the person having submitted a ballot, it shall be considered to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the email address indicated at the time of registration. “Authorized holder” is understood to mean the physical person assigned an email address by a supplier of Internet access, a supplier of online services or any other body authorized to assign email addresses for the domain associated with the email address submitted. Participants may have to provide proof to the promoters (in a format deemed acceptable by the promoters, including, without limitation, a government-issued photo ID) that they are the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the registration in question.
The promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to exclude from this contest and from any other future contest or promotion held by the promoters any person guilty or suspected of trafficking the processing of ballots or the administration of the contest or the contest site, of violating the official rules, or of acting unfairly or with the intention to harm, importune, torment, threaten or harass another person. ANY ATTEMPT ON THE PART OF A PARTICIPANT OR OF ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR TO HINDER THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LEGISLATION. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT OCCURS, THE PROMOTERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CLAIM DAMAGES FROM SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Subject only to applicable legislation and to any required regulatory approval, the promoters reserve the right, at their exclusive and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to modify any date or deadline stated in these official contest rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verification of the compliance of any participant or ballot with these rules or because of technical or other problems or in light of any other circumstance that, in the opinion of the promoters and at their exclusive discretion, hinders proper administration of the contest in compliance with these official contest rules, or for any other reason.
In the case of any divergence or contradiction between the provisions in the French version of these official contest rules and the information documents or other statements contained in any document related to the contest, the provisions in the French version of the rules shall prevail, govern, and take precedence in the full measure allowed by applicable legislation.
